Plus and Pro renew monthly and can be cancelled at any time effective at the end of the billing period. Euro prices include applicable VAT. Purchases are processed through Stripe Managed Payments (“Sold through Link”). You confirm the price and billing interval at checkout.

How does the free watermark work exactly?
Free credits provide a preview with a visible VelaSnap watermark. An active Plus or Pro subscription lets you download still-available results without the visible watermark, including results from free jobs. Results are deleted about one hour after completion. Downloads may still contain an invisible, pseudonymous marker for investigating misuse; see our Privacy Policy.
What happens to unused credits at the end of the month?
On Plus and Pro, monthly credits expire at the end of the billing period. You start each month with the full allowance. The 3 free credits are a one-time welcome bonus with no time limit. Any remaining free credits expire when your first subscription purchase is successfully paid.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. In your account you can cancel at the end of the current billing period at any time. You can keep using your remaining credits until then.
Are my photos used for AI training?
We do not use your images to train our own AI models. Images are sent to the services listed in our Privacy Policy for safety checks and processing. We delete the original after processing and the result about one hour after completion from our image storage. See our Privacy Policy for external processing and metadata retention.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
For your first subscription purchase, request a full refund of the first subscription payment within 14 days if you have not used any paid credits. After partial use there is no pro-rata refund under this voluntary offer. Your statutory right of withdrawal is not affected and does not depend on unused credits; if you asked us to start right away when buying, a withdrawal leaves you owing compensation for the credits used until then.
