How does the free watermark work exactly?
With a free credit you see the result directly in the browser, as a preview with a subtle VelaSnap watermark. Watermark-free download is unlocked behind Plus or Pro. If you upgrade later, you can also re-download older free jobs without the watermark.
What happens to unused credits at the end of the month?
On Plus and Pro, monthly credits expire at the end of the billing period. You start each month with the full allowance. The 3 free credits are a one-time welcome bonus and do not expire.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. In your account you can cancel at the end of the current billing period at any time. You can keep using your remaining credits until then.
Are my photos used for AI training?
No. Neither the original nor the result is used to train AI or shared with third parties. The original is deleted right after editing, the result 1 hour after the job completes.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
Within the first 14 days after subscribing you can withdraw and receive a full refund, as long as you haven't used any paid credits.
